Shipping

We ship our furniture Australia-wide. Please contact us at sales@littlecavedesigns.com for a quote.

We offer a delivery option from Augusta in the south to Yanchep, north or river Perth & Freight options can be quoted globally.

Delivery

We offer delivery and installation of furniture from Augusta in the south west to Yanchep north of Perth for a flat fee of $280 per order.

*Please note Little Cave Designs do not install our Torello Floating shelves - these will be required to installed by a licenced Carpenter.

Damaged Items - Refund Policy

Please inspect your item(s) thoroughly upon arrival and notify us of any damage within 48 hours of delivery. Claims outside 48 hours will be classified as a change of mind.

We will not refund or replace products if the item has become of unacceptable quality due to you not taking reasonable care to look after your item, not following our care guide, or using your item outside, in an unusual way or by fair wear and tear.

Returns

We take pride in our hand-made furniture and put a lot of love and effort into each piece. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

Delivery times may vary depending on the location of the customer. We will provide an estimated delivery date once the order has been placed and lodged with our freight company
